Parcel tracking in Pakistan

Stage

Live product · Ongoing iteration

01 / The context

The problem behind the product.

A tracking number is only the beginning. People still need to identify the courier, interpret its status and revisit several websites to follow multiple parcels. For sellers managing a shipment list, that repetition quickly becomes the job.

Make the first search effortless; add structure when the workload grows.
02 / The approach

Decisions that shape the experience.

01

Search without an account

Public single-parcel tracking keeps the entry point simple. Courier recognition suggests a source, but an exact courier-confirmed ID determines the result.

02

Move from one parcel to many

Signed-in users can save shipments, paste multiple IDs or import CSV/TXT files. Reviewable tags let people correct the input before they submit it.

03

Keep the evidence visible

Broad shipment stages make the list scannable, while the movement history retains the courier’s wording. Partial data, missing records and service failures remain distinct.

04

Finish the tracking workflow

Search and filters help people find the right rows. Shipment details open in a side panel, and CSV/PDF exports follow the current filtered view. Recoverable removal prevents a slip from becoming permanent.

03 / The flow

A clear path through the work.

The interface follows the job people are trying to complete, with the right context at each handoff.

01
Enter a tracking ID
02
Confirm the courier result
03
Follow or save the shipment
04 / Where it stands

Built with room to evolve.

Paktrack is available on its own subdomain. Carrier coverage depends on each integration and the courier’s tracking service; a supported number format is never presented as proof of a real shipment.

What comes next

Continue refining courier reliability, bulk workflows and the public tracking pages as the product grows.
