Senior UI / UX Designer - Area / Team Lead II at Bayt.com

★ Serving as the Area Team Lead and Product Designer at Bayt.com, a leading online job portal, with a focus on the Evalufy platform, as well as providing design support for Talentera and Afterhire.
★ Leading the design merge and unifying the overall experience of two major SAAS products of bayt named "Talentera" and "Afterhire".
★ In my role, I am responsible for overseeing all design-related aspects of Evalufy, ensuring that the platform delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.
★ I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to gather requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into intuitive design solutions.
★ Notably, I led a highly skilled team to victory in the AI-based competition "RoboBayt," showcasing my ability to leverage emerging technologies and apply them to real-world design challenges.
