01 / Context
Unifying Talentera and Afterhire.
The project brought Talentera’s applicant tracking system together with its sister product, Afterhire. My work covered the interface and wireframes for a unified experience across high-volume data and complex corporate recruiter dashboards.
We recreated the product flows and structured the dashboards into a clean, logical hierarchy.

Choosing the foundation before rebuilding.
We researched whether to adopt a new design system before finalising PrimeVue. That selection became the foundation for recreating the recruitment flows.

We began with CV Search, a primary feature of the recruitment platform, as the starting flow for the rebuild.
Recreate the flows
I engineered the interface and wireframes for the merge, bringing high-volume recruiter data into a clear hierarchy across the recreated flows.
04 / Design system
PrimeVue as the shared foundation.
After the research phase, we used PrimeVue as the foundation for the Talentera–Afterhire experience. I designed interfaces and wireframes with that component system; the third-party PrimeVue library itself was not my creation.
05 / Outcome
30% less candidate screening time.
Candidate screening time on Talentera reduced by 30% through the UX work for its merge with Afterhire.
